About the Penguin Huddle

Putting the vibrant colours of Pengiun paperbacks front and centre, the minimalist bookcase is made up of two folded aluminium sections, joined together by a smooth sliding mechanism. To reflect the way we read in the modern home, it is sturdy yet lightweight, and can be easily moved around living and working spaces. ‘Huddle’ is the collective noun for a group of penguins.

SCP was founded in 1985 by Sheridan Coakley as a manufacturer and retailer of modern furniture.
